So we’re delighted to announce that we’re looking for someone to join us full-time front of house as part of our fantastic, Harrogate-based team. The role is open to anyone but would particularly suit someone looking to get their foot on the ladder within the property industry.
Indeed, four of our staff members began working for us on our reception desk welcoming customers and have since progressed to roles as a residential and commercial sales negotiators and as a commercial surveyor who is in the third year of his four year course to become a chartered surveyor.
FSS has a great reputation in the industry for quality, trust and value, and our team adhere to this ethos in everything they do. As the first point of contact with our customers, our front of house play a vital role within our business. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our clients, as well as being keen to interact with colleagues to learn about the industry.
Our negotiators and front of house work in a busy, vibrant office, and receive training and support on the job. Opportunities for career advancement and associated study will also be made available where appropriate.
