The Agent Behind Ripon's Latest Commercial Development

We are delighted to be at the forefront of the latest commercial Ripon development. Set to be ‘the place to be’ for trader counter, light industrial and show room operators, Ripon Business Park’s new development is proving to be an extremely popular location.

The Park is well established for both retail and industrial units, located opposite Ripon race course and just off the Ripon bypass. The site continues to grow attracting a healthy mix of national and local occupiers which include Travis Perkins, Screwfix, Econ and Toolstation among many others.

Ripon Business Park Phase II will offer a further 25,000 sq ft of industrial/trade counter units on what is already a widely known and established semi-industrial/retail park located just off Ripon bypass. The units will range from 1,530 sq ft up to 6,120 sq ft and will offer brand new units to an excellent modern specification in line with other units on the business park. Internally the units will include a disabled WC but otherwise offered in an open plan shell form.

The building works are due to commence from July 2022 and the units are expected to be completed and available from Spring 2023. With almost half of the scheme already pre-let, it is evident that this development is in high demand.

Adam Crawfurd-Porter has been acting as lead agent on the site for the last 4 years and has been successful in ensuring the site has gone from strength to strength with very few void periods.

Adam said: “I am delighted to support my clients in developing the site further, ensuring a new provision of industrial units to service the needs of the local area. I was confident that the scheme we proposed would solicit good interest but to have pre-let over half of the site before building works have commenced is a great result’.

Due to the significant popularity of this site, we highly recommend getting in touch and expressing an early interest to avoid disappointment.
