At our last auction in July we saw some exciting bidding on a three-bedroom house in Wedderburn Road, Harrogate, which sold for £228,00 from the guide of £150,000. Another property that performed extremely well in the competitive atmosphere of the auction room was a cottage in Great Ouseburn which had a guide price of £100,000 and sold on the day for £141,500.
