FSS has promoted two of its team to support ongoing expansion of its residential lettings and sales departments.
Erica Johnson has been promoted to the role of Senior Lettings Negotiator in recognition of her experience and recent success in property industry exam qualifications.
Simon Croft, partner, said: “Erica is a longstanding and valued member of the team at FSS and has extensive knowledge of the local lettings market.
“She has worked hard to develop her skills and regulatory knowledge which makes her a huge asset to our landlords, tenants and of course the wider FSS team.”
Charlie Bell, who joined the residential sales team as a trainee estate agent six months ago, is continuing his career progression and has now been appointed negotiator.
Simon added: “Charlie has made excellent progress since joining FSS and his enthusiasm and attention to detail have seen him fast track through his structured training to become a fully-fledged negotiator.
“He will continue to study for estate agency exams and we look forward to supporting him as he develops his career further.”
