We're pleased to announce two new appointments to support the continuing growth of our residential lettings portfolio.
Georgia Harriss has joined the maintenance team, assisting landlords and tenants with compliance and repairs and Eugene Keane, an experienced residential letting negotiator, joins the long-established letting team. Both have worked in the Harrogate property market for a number of years.
FSS manages over 1000 rental properties in North and West Yorkshire and has a team of 27 staff based at its Harrogate head office, making it one of the biggest independent property firms in the area.
Partner Simon Croft said: “Georgia and Eugene both have considerable experience of working in the North Yorkshire rental market and they are looking forward to developing their careers with us and undertaking ongoing professional training as part of their career development with FSS.”
Georgia said: “I am looking forward to being part of a busy team that is dedicated to residential lettings whilst studying for my Level 3 Residential and Property Management qualifications.
“Supporting landlords with compliance is a big part of my role and I will be making sure properties under our management are being maintained to the correct standard to satisfy the latest legislation.”
Eugene said: “Having lived in Harrogate for over 25 years and built my career in the local property market I am pleased to be working with a friendly team and a company that is well-known with both tenants and landlords for quality and customer service.”
