Tenants have moved into a brand new light industrial site in North Yorkshire after the site was fully let prior to construction.
Mill Hurst in Darley is a new-build development of six warehouse units which were pre-let by commercial property agent FSS off plan.
The units have been occupied by RP Motorhomes, Harrogate Steel, Pure Skin Lab, Plastic Engineering Technology, Pebble Stone Masonry and 7S Above.
Adam Crawfurd-Porter of FSS said: “We were able to generate a high level of interest as soon as planning approval had been given and negotiations with potential tenants were underway as construction began.
“All tenants were confirmed well before building work was completed and the site has opened for business with every unit occupied.”
Adam said skilful negotiation and a deep understanding of the commercial market in North Yorkshire enabled him and his team at FSS to market the site early and secure interest.
“Our excellent reputation and professionalism make us the first choice for promoting local development sites like this and the results achieved at Mill Hurst prove that we are the agent of choice in the region.
“If you have land to sell or have been granted planning permission for a commercial development, let FSS know early and we can help you market it to prospective tenants.”
