Harrogate property firm FSS has boosted its lettings department with the appointment of Julie Day.
Julie has worked in the Yorkshire lettings market for many years and joins the firm as an additional residential lettings negotiator.
Simon Croft, partner at FSS, said the firm’s no commission ethos was helping to attract experienced staff to the team.
He said: “Candidates who apply for jobs at FSS tell us time and again that they like the fact that they are encouraged to help buyers and tenants find the property that’s right for them rather than being influenced by commission.
“We believe this improves the quality of our service and our reputation in the local market,” he added.
Julie Day said: “FSS has one of the biggest and busiest lettings departments in the area and it’s great to be part of a big team where something is always happening.
“I’m delighted to be part of such a well respected Harrogate firm that prioritises quality, trust and value.”
