FSS is set to expand its residential sales team in 2018 following the recruitment of a new trainee and promotion of a long-term member of staff.
Kerry Grant has been promoted to Commercial and Residential Sales Portfolio Manager. She will oversee the residential and commercial property departments, working closely with both teams on operational procedures and business development.
21-year-old Charlie Bell also joins FSS as a trainee estate agent. He will embark on a structured training programme focusing on residential sales whilst also gaining experience in all five areas of expertise within the firm including lettings, commercial, property auctions and surveys.
