Mr and Mrs Raw have invested a substantial sum in the 18-month redevelopment.
Mrs Raw said: "Having owned the site for 40 years as a headquarters for our business we saw a fantastic opportunity to invest in redeveloping the land for commercial purposes.
"Following the initial demolition of the old building we set about creating seven ultra-modern and efficient industrial units. We are absolutely delighted with the results."
National electrical wholesaler Edmundson Electrical has leased over 3,000 sq ft and Harrogate Autocentre will move from Ripon Road to lease 7,000 sq ft.
Dan said: "Demand was prevalent for the site from the outset, such is the lack of Grade A industrial units within the town. Consequently we were able to pre-let the entire scheme."
