We are delighted to announce that an opportunity has arisen for an experienced RICS chartered surveyor to join our established, multi-disciplinary property practice in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
Due to our increasing workload we are expanding and investing in our commercial and residential surveying department, to boost our busy survey team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with experience of carrying out residential valuation work, home buyers reports and building surveys for banks and private clients.
Additional skills such as party wall experience, leasehold extension work, commercial lease renewals and dilapidation reports.
