We’re delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our busy lettings team in Harrogate. Our lettings department is the largest in Harrogate with a portfolio of over 1000 properties, which makes it an exciting, fast-paced environment to be part of with a real family atmosphere.
We’ve recently expanded the team and we’re now looking to grow it even further by recruiting someone to work full-time as a Residential Lettings Inventory and Check Out Co-Ordinator, Property Inspector and Accompanied Viewer.
The person we’re looking for will be as passionate about property as we are and will be motivated to give the best possible service to our landlords and tenants. We have an excellent reputation as the leading Harrogate Letting Agent we are looking for someone who shares our standards of quality, trust and value.
One of the things we are well known for is the smooth and dependable management of our portfolio. Many landlords rely on us to look after every aspect of property management and maintenance for them and that includes responding quickly to tenant needs. It also means ensuring the property is left in excellent shape after each tenancy to maintain optimum rental returns.
This is a newly created role and will involve accompanied viewings, preparation of property particulars and floor plans, preparation of Inventories and Schedules of Condition, checking tenants out of property, liaising with tenants and landlords at the end of the tenancy term and agreeing deposit deductions, conducting property inspections, dealing with landlord and tenant maintenance requests and general support.
You will spend 75% of your time out of the office, dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors and properties so will need to be happy with lone working. You will be empowered to make decisions and therefore you will be self-motivated, confident and use your initiative.

It’s essential that you have a full clean driving licence. A pool car is provided.
